one 12oz bottle of bee pollen and one 1pound jar of the current honey. Each month receive your kit with your bee pollen and the honey specific to the time of year. Typically our allergy customers will take the Wildflower honey most of the year. There are different Wildflower honeys throughout the year..... Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter wildflower. In the beginning of the year you will be on the Winter wildflower then followed by the Spring wildflower and into Summer. In the late summer that will switch to the Palmetto honey and then transition to the Fall and Winter Wildflower again. Our Allergy customers take 1/2 TSP of pollen with 1 TSP of honey every single morning and they tell us their allergies are GONE! some will up their pollen intake to 1 - 2 TSP depending on how strong their allergies are.
